It was a cloudy Toronto Saturday that was lightened by the beautiful gardens on a side street just off St. Clair Avenue West where the annual Salsa on St. Clair Street Festival, a street party celebrating Toronto’s Latin culture was in full swing with music, dance, food and drink.
