As part of Luminato 2010, the contemporary dance group Coleman Lemieux & Compagnie (CLC) created a new site-specific performance piece to commemorate the historic Nelson Mandela Park Public School in Regent Park before it temporarily closes for major renovation. Change from JBIPix of the Day to JBIPix

Today marks a change from JBIPix of the Day to JBIPix in the name of the blog and a change in focus from daily postings to occasional photos.

As a retirement project, it has been an interesting and challenging re entry to photography a little over five years ago with almost daily posts of photos online in the blog.

I will continue to post photos I find interesting as occasions present themselves but no longer on a daily basis.

Thanks to all who have taken the time to view the past results of my work … and they will remain online in the archives.
